The venue launches a luxurious restaurant and club complex in Shanghai.
The main challenges of the project were related to the complex preparation of the venue: setting up lighting and sound, coordinating artists, establishing logistics for performances, and managing a tight schedule. At the same time, a marketing campaign was underway—promoting among local media, KOLs, and the regular audience of Shanghai's nightlife industry. The brand required a loud, noticeable opening to establish The Venue as a new premium destination for evenings, dinners, and club events.
We focused on three areas: 1. Production and Atmosphere The fine-tuning of light, sound, visual effects, and stage dynamics created a signature style for the evening — modern, luxurious, and "Instagrammable." 2. Marketing and Promotion We conducted a digital campaign through the Unight mini-program, social networks, and KOL networks to generate buzz and increase interest in the opening. 3. VIP Management We assembled an exclusive guest list: influencers, industry leaders, and media personalities. This helped create a high status for the event and ensured broad reach after the event. The result — over 700 guests, including VIPs, opinion leaders, and industry professionals. The opening became one of the most talked-about events in the Jing'an area and set the tone for the club's future positioning.
