The global art project Louis XIII "100 Years" featuring Pharrell Williams
The event was characterized by a strict selection of invitees, high media presence, and global significance. The client required a team capable of ensuring perfect coordination of VIP participants, working with media and KOL, as well as creating an atmosphere that corresponds to the premium nature of Louis XIII.
We focused on three key areas: • Public Relations: working with the media, coordinating the release of publications, preparing informational reasons. • KOL Coordination: inviting and managing local KOLs, celebrities, and opinion leaders. • VIP Management: meeting guests, accompanying them through the program, providing personalized interaction scenarios, and full operational support. The result was a high visibility campaign, publications in international media, and an excellent experience for invited guests.
